Was bewirkt, dass sich Pickel im Ohr bilden?
Akne ist ein weit gefasster Begriff, der eine Vielzahl von Hauterkrankungen beschreibt. Es bezieht sich auf alles von Whiteheads und Mitessern bis zu Zysten und Knötchen.
Ein Whitehead tritt auf, wenn Öl oder Talg eine Pore verstopfen. Ein Mitesser tritt auf, wenn Talg der Luft ausgesetzt ist und dunkel wird. Der Sack unter der Haut kann brechen, gereizt oder sogar infiziert werden, um Zysten und Knötchen zu bilden.
Akne in ihren verschiedenen Formen kann in Ihrem Ohr auftreten, wie in der Ohrmuschel und im äußeren Gehörgang. Die Haut des Außenohrs bedeckt Knorpel und eine kleine Menge Fett. Die Haut des Gehörgangs hat Haarzellen sowie Drüsen, die Öl und Ohrenschmalz produzieren.
Eine Ansammlung von Bakterien kann durch einige Dinge verursacht werden, z. B. durch die Verwendung von Ohrstöpseln oder Kopfhörern, die nicht oft gereinigt werden, oder durch das Einstecken des Fingers in das Ohr.
Andere Ursachen für Akne sind:
- Stress
- ein hormonelles Ungleichgewicht
- eine allergische Reaktion auf Haarprodukte, Kosmetika oder Stoffe
Die gleichen Dinge, die an anderer Stelle im Körper Akne verursachen, können auch Pickel im Ohr verursachen. Aufgrund der Empfindlichkeit des Ohrs muss Akne an dieser Stelle jedoch mit Sorgfalt behandelt werden.
Ist es sicher, einen Pickel zu platzen, der sich in meinem Ohr gebildet hat?
Obwohl es verlockend sein kann, den Pickel zu platzen oder zu quetschen, sollten Sie dies um jeden Preis vermeiden. Dies kann den Makel beseitigen, oder es könnte viel schlimmer werden.

Wenn ein Pickel auf diese Weise abfließt, sollte die Person den Ausfluss reinigen und den Bereich vorsichtig mit einer milden Seife waschen. Reinigungsmittel wie Hamamelis oder Alkohol können Infektionen verhindern.
Over-the-Counter oder verschreibungspflichtige Medikamente können bei der Behandlung von Akne helfen, wie zum Beispiel:
- Wasserstoffperoxid
- Alkohol reiben
- Antibiotika-Cremes, einschließlich Neosporin oder Polyspermien
- Produkte, die Salizylsäure enthalten
- Nichtsteroidale Antiphlogistika (NSAIDs) wie Ibuprofen (Advil) oder Naproxen (Aleve)
Bei schwerer Akne wird ein Arzt normalerweise tropische oder systemische Medikamente aus Vitamin A empfehlen. Tretinoin-Creme ist eine der häufigsten. Isotretinoin kann ebenfalls verwendet werden, ist jedoch normalerweise den schwersten Fällen vorbehalten.
