Erysipel, eine bakterielle Infektion der Haut
Was ist Erysipel ?
Erysipel ist eine Hautinfektion. Es ist eine Form der Cellulitis, aber im Gegensatz zur Cellulitis, die tieferes Gewebe betrifft, betrifft Erysipel nur die oberen Hautschichten.
Die beiden Zustände können sich jedoch überschneiden, was es für einen Arzt schwierig machen kann, die beiden Zustände voneinander zu unterscheiden.

Symptome

Die Haut ist dann normalerweise in einem bestimmten Bereich betroffen und kann auf eine der folgenden Arten erscheinen:
- geschwollen und glänzend
- Rötung
- warm und zart anzufassen
- Blasen in schweren Fällen
- scharfe Kanten zwischen dem betroffenen Bereich und der nicht betroffenen Haut
- rote Streifen über dem betroffenen Bereich
- kann in schweren Fällen lila oder schwarz werden
Diese Anzeichen und Symptome sind oft sehr abrupt und können sich in nur wenigen Stunden oder Tagen entwickeln.
Behandlung und Genesung
Erysipel ist heilbar. Es ist wichtig, die Behandlung so früh wie möglich zu beginnen, um das Risiko weiterer Komplikationen zu begrenzen.
Antibiotika behandeln Erysipel. Der genaue Typ hängt davon ab, welcher Keim das Problem verursacht, enthält jedoch häufig Penicillin.
Es ist daher wichtig, dass jeder, der gegen Penicillin allergisch ist, seinen Arzt vor Beginn der Behandlung informiert, damit er andere Medikamente wie Erythromycin oder Cephalexin verschreiben kann.
Menschen mit Erysipel nehmen Antibiotika normalerweise zwischen 7 und 14 Tagen oral ein. In schwereren Fällen werden die Medikamente über einen Tropfen direkt in die Haut eingebracht.
Es gibt auch andere Möglichkeiten, um Schmerzen und Beschwerden zu lindern und den Heilungsprozess zu beschleunigen, z.
- Halten Sie den infizierten Bereich erhöht, achten Sie jedoch auf Bewegung, um eine Gerinnung zu verhindern
- Kühlpackungen auf der Haut platziert

Erysipel ist heilbar. Anzeichen von Fieber und Krankheiten im Zusammenhang mit Erysipel verschwinden oft innerhalb weniger Tage nach Beginn der Behandlung, obwohl es Wochen dauern kann, bis die Hautinfektion abgeklungen ist. Es gibt keine Narben.
Etwa ein Drittel derjenigen, die eine Behandlung für Erysipel erhalten, entwickeln die Erkrankung erneut. In diesem Fall kann eine Langzeitbehandlung mit Medikamenten verschrieben werden.
Es ist wichtig, dass die Person ihren Arzt so früh wie möglich aufsucht, wenn sie Bedenken hinsichtlich wiederholter Anfälle hat
